Orange formed in Malmö in the early 1990s around Emil Heiling on vocals and guitar, Michael Jonsson on drums and vocals, and Martin Werner on bass. They released their debut album 'The Orange Album' in 1995, which included the track 'Affirmation Song' that became something of a calling card for them.
Their catalog includes albums like 'Wide Open Spaces' from 1996, 'World of Colors' from 2001, and 'Falling into Place' from 2008. Songs like 'Attitude' and 'Everything I Need' show the kind of material they were working with.
Heiling, Jonsson, and Werner remained the consistent core through various lineup changes. They've worked with other Swedish artists including Peter Bjorn and John and Markus Krunegård.
