If you plan to reach the end

Whether you win or fail

Listen please to my story

To my Undertale

Everything I say is true

But no one else has lied

Maybe this will help you see

Through to the other side

Long ago, there was a boy

With fur as white as snow

He asked me if I could stay

I begged him never to go

He took me in his arms

Carried me to his home

From that moment on I know

That I was never (alone)

Them and me, dark and light

We were just like day and night

Though they fell

Still they stood

Like they'd fight for something good

Things seemed great

Since they fell

I could help them break our spell

And then I realized that

It'd be weird to take them home

But anyway I tried

You should have seen my dad's face

It was like he could've died

I introduced my friend

The one without a name

Mom and Dad welcomed them home

Because we felt the same

I knew they were human

So this kid was new terrain

But the more we talked and shared

The more I felt I could gain

Because the world above, seemed even better now

I knew I could reach it too

If I believe them (somehow)

We found hope, friendship too

You trust me and I trust you

More than friends, we had love

Things were great, who needs above?

And then we realized that, loss isn't something

That we all know how to beat

So when my friend grew ill

I just plain gave in to defeat

When they left us

Well, I just couldn't cry

How, do you tell your best friend's friend

It's time to say good-

Couldn't take the pain and so

I brought them up above

Back home to the surface

To the golden flowers they loved

Turns out it's all the same, when the time comes, we die

Losing my best friend that day

Taught me exactly why

Then the humans chased me down

They thought I killed my friend

Arrows missed my crying heart

And still I faced the end

When I finally saw that light

It burried me back down

Back among my home and friends

Back to the underground

Everything was going wrong

Our hope was all but gone

Humansbuilt a barricade

Although we did nothing wrong

But even with two souls, still I just stayed below

With my friend I couldn't won

Instead I just let them (go)

We were gone, I had failed

Victim of my undertale

Foolishly my heart belived, humans could be our friends

Now you have the fated choice, of how my story ends

If you plan to leave my world, you'll have to fight me too

But how can I end your life, when all I think of is you?

We only need one more, before the world is free

Nothing that you plan to do, can make it end for me

I'll destroy the world you know, until it's just us two

Do you think we might be friends, when it's just me and you?

We'll be free, we can't fail

We will make our undertale

We'll be free, we can't fail

We make our own undertale

If you plan to reach the end, whether you win or fail

Now you know of my story of my undertale

Peace is just within your reach

Save those who blaze your trail

Only you determine what

Becomes your undertale
