Orlando Weeks was the frontman of the British indie band The Maccabees, which formed in 2004 with members including guitarist Hugo White, bassist Rupert Jarvis, drummer Sam Doyle, and keyboardist Felix White. Their first album, 'Colour It In,' came out in 2007. The band released three more studio albums before disbanding in 2017.

After The Maccabees ended, Weeks started releasing music on his own. His debut solo album was called 'A Quick Death.' Some of his solo songs include 'Angels Singing,' 'Bad Weather,' 'Bigger,' and 'Seasonal Hero.'

In 2012, Weeks spoke publicly about dealing with depression and anxiety. He was born in Oxford, England.
