Their debut album 'Nunca Fui Santo' came out in 1987 and included 'Bolinho de Bacalhau,' a song that became widely known in Brazil.
Their music mixed punk rock with ska and reggae, and their lyrics often addressed social and political issues. They followed their debut with albums like 'A Peste' in 1989, 'Declínio e Queda do Império Romano' in 1991, and 'O Último Dia' in 1994.
