Otros Aires formed in Argentina in the late 1990s around frontman Mariano Pini, with Marcelo Fernández on guitar, Agustín Bernasconi on bass, and Juan Pablo Di Leone on drums. They played rock with Latin rhythms and Argentine melodic influences.
Their song 'Perfume de Mujer' became a hit in Latin America. Early critics sometimes called their music too sentimental or commercial, but they kept working with their sound. Their second album 'Espejo' brought them wider recognition.
Other songs like 'Los Vino`', 'Quisiera Que Estés Conmigo', and 'Sin Rumbo' show their range. They recorded several albums, moving from the straightforward rock of their self-titled debut toward more arranged later material.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
