Paulo Gonzo and Rui Reininho handled vocals and guitar, with Hélder Gonçalves on bass and Pedro Gonçalves on drums. They kept recording through the '80s and into the '90s, putting out albums like 'Vendaval' in 1983, 'Sem Medo' in 1987, and 'Filhos da Madrugada' in 1991. Their sound wove together those post-punk influences with touches of Portuguese folk, giving them a recognizable place in the country's music landscape.

Songs like 'Como Eu Queria,' 'Palavras,' and 'Tudo Vai Passar' have stayed in rotation alongside '17 de Maio,' which remains a kind of unofficial anthem. The band's early notoriety and that persistent single have kept their name alive in Portugal long after their peak years.
