OVERLOADsys formed in São Paulo in 2007 around brothers Juliano and Henrique Zago, with bassist André Almeida and drummer Bruno Primavesi. Their name pointed toward the technological saturation they saw around them, and they started playing clubs and festivals, building a following through live shows.
In 2010 they put out a self-titled debut album. Three years later came the single "Dez Minutos," which caught on with its mix of electronic production and punk energy, touching on the speed and disconnection of contemporary life.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
