Overnight Lows formed in London around the mid-2000s with Max Cameron on vocals and guitar, Ben Sawyer on bass, and Tom Richards on drums. They put out their first album, 'Strangers in the Night,' in 2008. The track 'Are You Ready' from that record got some attention and became their most recognizable song.
A couple of years later, the band had some trouble with their label, which led to a legal dispute. They kept working anyway and released a second album called 'Reflections' in 2012, followed by a third, 'The Edge of Darkness,' in 2015.
