Oziel dos Santos and Alda Regina met in a small church in Goiânia in the early 2000s. They formed a duo, and in 2006 released their debut album 'O Amor É Assim.' The title track from that album, 'Se Não Fosse Esse Amor,' became a hit in Brazil.

In 2009, Oziel was diagnosed with cancer, which forced the duo to pause their work for a time. Other songs like 'Graça e Virtude' and 'Lírio Dos Vales' appear among their recorded work.

Their later albums included 'Um Novo Tempo' in 2014 and 'Só o Amor' in 2017. Oziel sings and plays guitar, while Alda sings and plays piano.
