All These Things Exist

I look at the Sun, the stars, the Moon, the blue sky

And try to explain in vain

I've searched maths, logic, philosophy and thus

Quantify you, but failed

One can't measure, gauge, count

Make the deduction

It isn't empirical

Rationality can't reason

I look at myself, inert matter without action

Or volition, but live

A lost sinner unable to save himself

By his own hands, unworthy

There is no reason nor destination

No greater purpose

But the one you choose, the one you make

One can't understand, let alone imagine

Just believe

That all these things exist, life lives

And thus we all are here
