Their sound pulled from classic rock like Led Zeppelin and contemporary metal like Metallica, which gave their music a particular weight. The band included Laiho on vocals and guitar, Raatikainen on drums, Tuomas Saukkonen on rhythm guitar, Marko Vanhala on bass, and Sami Vanska on keyboards.
Their song "Fade In Fade Out" became a breakout single, known for its raw vulnerability. Other tracks like "Chief Life" and "Au Revoir" carried that same introspective quality with heavy riffs underneath. Laiho's guitar work was often described as virtuosic, and his lyrics could be confrontational, sometimes sparking debate about the music industry.
