Paula Seling

Paula Seling started with classical training at the Gheorghe Dima Music Academy in Cluj-Napoca and performed opera in Europe and the United States. She shifted toward pop music and found wider recognition in 2010 when she performed with Ovi at Eurovision. Their song 'Ploaie In Luna Lui Marte' placed third in the competition.

After Eurovision, she released albums like 'Believe' in 2012 and 'Mozaic' in 2017. Her work sometimes mixes pop with classical and folk touches. She has performed with artists including Al Bano and Placido Domingo.

In 2013, she faced criticism for performing at a political rally, which sparked debate about artists and public platforms. She defended her choice to express her views through performance.
