Paulo Fogaça is a Brazilian musician from Patos de Minas in Minas Gerais. He started performing with a band called Patos de Minas in the 1990s before going solo in 2003 with his debut album Tempo de Ser.
His live recording Bugio do Chico became particularly well-known after its release in 2006. Other songs like Do Meu Jeitão Bem Bagual / Dia a Dia de Fazenda and Lourinha / Eu e a Saudade also appear in his catalog of live performances.
Fogaça has released several albums including No Compasso da Vida in 2006, Pé na Estrada in 2009, Semente in 2012, Terra Firme in 2015, and Samba de Verdade in 2018. He performs with musicians including Vitor Santana on guitar and vocals, Rubens Souza on bass, and João Paulo on drums.
