Paulo Ruschel is a Brazilian gospel singer from Porto Alegre. He released his debut album 'Espírito Santo' in 2006. One of his best-known songs is 'Morada,' a ballad he wrote himself that became popular in Brazilian Christian circles. He also recorded 'Os Homens de Preto.'
In 2015, Ruschel was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease that affected his voice. He recovered and continued performing. His band has included musicians like Rafael Oliveira on bass and Anderson Feijó on drums.
He has worked with other Brazilian gospel artists such as Aline Barros and Fernandinho. Later albums include 'Morada' in 2016 and 'Águas Profundas' in 2020.
