In 2008, their album "Vaqueira Minha Querida" gave them a national hit with the title track, a song about the cowgirls of the sertão backlands.
The band includes accordion players Zé Lima and Cícero do Acordeon, zabumba player Fabrício Rodrigues, and triangle player Luan Santana. They've worked with artists like Elba Ramalho, Marinês, and Alceu Valença. Their music ranges from upbeat pé de serra tunes to slower forró pé de bode numbers.
