Phantom Joyce formed in Mexico City in 2009 when Alejandro Marcos and Rodrigo Treviño started working together. Their first single, "No Puedo Olvidarte," came out the following year. The band's 2011 album was called "Infierno." They've released several albums since, including "El Descanso del Guerrero" in 2014 and "El Amanecer de los Muertos" in 2017.
Alongside Marcos and Treviño, the group includes Juan Pablo Dávila on drums and Andrés Gutiérrez on bass. Their songs often deal with emotional territory, with titles like "Nunca Me Enseñaste a Olvidar" and "La Historia de Mi Vida." Another track, "Las Princesas No Deben Llorar," appears twice in their catalog.
