The band included Leonardo Novaes on vocals and guitar, Ramon Almeida on drums, Gilson Chagas on bass, and Marcelo Miranda on percussion.
Their 1992 self-titled debut album featured "Dança do Canguru," which became a national hit in Brazil. The song's playful rhythm and lyrics connected with audiences, helping establish the band's presence during that period.
They released several more albums in the mid-1990s, including "Pra Gente Dançar" and "Na Boca do Povo." Their music drew from axé, samba, and other Brazilian styles without settling into just one tradition.
