Plano 4 is a Brazilian band best known for their 2006 ballad "Espero Por Você." The song's straightforward lyrics about waiting and longing connected with listeners in a way that felt direct rather than dramatic. It became their signature track, the one people remember even if they don't know the band's name.

Their lineup included Fernando Proença on vocals and guitar, Rodrigo Tavares on bass, Pedro Galgano on drums, and Gustavo Ribas on keyboards. They released several albums after their debut, including Depois do Amor in 2008 and O Que Não Dizemos in 2010. Later songs like "Eu me amo!" and "Nada Pode Me Parar" showed a shift toward more declarative, self-affirming themes.
