PontoCom

PontoCom started as four friends playing music together in São Paulo around 2004. They were originally called Quatro Homens e Um Cachorro before settling on the name PontoCom. For years they worked local bars and festivals, building a following with their upbeat pop-rock sound.

Things changed in 2016 when their single "Não Stressa" caught on. The song's simple, positive message connected with listeners across Brazil, becoming their breakthrough hit. That track, along with songs like "9 Meses" and "Cristo Reina," helped define their approachable style.

In 2018, the band found themselves in a legal dispute when "Não Stressa" was used in a political campaign without their permission. They continued making music after that, with songs like "Não Minta Outra Vez" and "Pode Crer" keeping their straightforward, melodic approach intact.
