Power Tool was a hard rock band active in the 1980s, with Scott Garrett on vocals, Richie Riley on guitar, Paul Hunter on bass, and Mark Powell on drums. They released their first album, 'The Hammer Strikes,' in 1985. Their 1987 album 'Two Heads Are Better Than One' included the song of the same name, which became their best-known track.
The band toured heavily and faced some internal tensions during their run. They put out a few more albums into the early '90s, including 'Power Surge' in 1989 and 'Unbreakable' in 1992. Their music from that period still gets played by some rock fans.
