Their music blended Brazilian rhythms with psychedelic rock and Afro-Brazilian elements. They released two albums: their self-titled debut in 1978 and "Ondas" in 1980.
In 1979, the band faced legal trouble over a song called "Baby Consuelo" that criticized the government's treatment of indigenous people. They were arrested and briefly imprisoned, which led to a years-long legal battle. Their career was relatively short, but their music remains part of the Brazilian cultural conversation.
