Qu4rto Teto started playing together in 2015 in Salvador, Bahia, originally as a cover band. The group formed around four friends: Rodrigo Cunha, Guilherme Dantas, Pedro Lucas, and Antônio Neto. They put out their first single in 2017, a track called "Nossas Vidas" that connected with listeners and brought them wider attention.
Their songs like "As Ruas Que Trago Em Mim" and "Uma Canção" show the band's approach, melodic pop with Brazilian rhythms, straightforward and energetic. They've released several albums including "Só Pra Você" in 2018 and "Pra Te Conquistar" in 2020.
In 2019, the band dealt with plagiarism accusations that paused their work for a time. They came back from that period and kept recording, putting out "Te Amo Demais" in 2021.
