Quelli formed in Brescia in 1999 with Niccolò Agliardi, Matteo Buzzanca, Jacopo Moretti, and Alessandro Sala. They put out four albums between 2000 and 2005, starting with their self-titled debut and ending with In Orbita.
Their song 'Questa Citta Senza Te (Even The Bad Times Are Good)' came out in 2002 and connected with listeners across Italy. It was their biggest single, topping the charts during that period.
In 2002, Agliardi was in a serious car accident that forced the band to cancel their tour and pause their work. Their lyrics sometimes touched on difficult subjects like addiction and depression, which drew both criticism and praise for being direct.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
