Queromarka formed in 1992 as a Peruvian ensemble. They play Andean music, using instruments like the charango and quena. Their 1996 album 'Ave de Cristal' included the song 'Mi Pequeñita,' which became popular in Peru.
The group has released several albums, including 'A Tu Lado' in 2000, 'Por Siempre' in 2004, and 'Amerindia' in 2010. Their current members are Guillermo Santa Cruz on vocals and charango, Mary Ann Quilla on vocals and quena, Willy Rivera on guitar and bass, and Abraham Salinas on cajón and percussion.
Queromarka has worked with other artists like Takiddín, Manuelcha Prado, and Gian Marco. Their music often draws from Andean folklore and touches on social themes.
