Rozalla was formed in the late 1980s with Tarver, producer Ian Devaney, and rapper Rachel McFarlane. McFarlane left the group in 1992. The band put out more albums in the mid-1990s, including 'Smile' in 1994 and 'Coming Home' in 1995.
Tarver released a solo album called 'Quindon' in 2014. It had R&B, soul, and dance tracks. Some of his other recorded songs include '1,000 Miles Away' and 'A Boy Needs a Bike.'
