Rabia Sorda formed in Granada in 1995, with José Miguel Conejo on vocals, Paco Luque on guitar, Alberto "Kili" Hidalgo on bass, and José Antonio Romero "Chino" on drums. Their debut album "Tres Días" came out in 1999, and the title track became a staple. The band's sound had a rough, direct quality that drew from grunge and punk, heard on songs like "Cantos De Violencia" and "Methods Of Chaos."
In 2006, Conejo died suddenly. The remaining members regrouped and released a self-titled album in 2008 as a tribute. The lineup shifted over time, with Pablo Herrera and David Cobos joining on guitar and bass. They kept recording, eventually putting out eight studio albums.
Tracks like "Insurrection" and "Heart Eating Crows" carried that confrontational tone. The band's work stayed rooted in that unpolished, energetic style without smoothing out its edges.
