Fromm wie im Kloster
steh ich am Toaster,
weil in der Früh
ich mich besonders gern bemüh.
Mit sanften Gesten
und dem Frischgepreßten
zieh ich den Zorn
aus dir heraus wie einen Dorn.
Hoch mit den Gläsern,
ich werd mich bessern,
mit vollem Mund tue ich kund:
"Ich leb gesund!"

Beim nächsten Vollmond
ist der Vorsatz für die Katz.
