Raquel Coronet formed in 2005 with singer Raquel Coronet, guitarist Gabriel Hawthorne, bassist Emily Kendall, and drummer Ethan Sinclair. Their debut album 'I'm Not Going to Be' came out in 2007, featuring the title track that became their most recognizable song.
Bassist Kendall left in 2009, followed by drummer Sinclair in 2011. Coronet and Hawthorne brought in new members Luca Rossi on bass and Samuel Clarke on drums to continue. Their second album was called 'Whispers of Doubt.'
