Real Mccoy

Real McCoy formed in Hannover, Germany in 1989, put together by producer Frank Farian. The group's early lineup included vocalists Vanessa Mason, Patricia Petersen, and Claudia Hill. Their 1993 single 'Another Night' became a major hit across Europe and North America, with Mason's vocals and the track's upbeat rhythm defining their sound for many listeners.

Vanessa Mason left the group in the mid-1990s and was replaced by Doreen Shaffer on lead vocals.

Real McCoy kept recording and performing with various lineup changes into the 2000s and 2010s, though their later material didn't reach the same commercial level as their early hits. Songs like 'Automatic Lover (Call For Love)' and 'Nite To Remember (O-Jay Solo)' remain part of their catalog from those years.
