The band formed in 2004 when Eric Rachmany, Marley D. Williams, Rory Carey, and Zach Marley met at UC Santa Barbara. They started playing reggae together, released 'Courage to Grow' in 2007, and have put out several albums since, with Rachmostly handling vocals and guitar.
