Bis das Gummiband reißt, und die Schwarte knackt!

Vor meinem Trainer, einem Mann wie ein Berg,

Ich setzte mich in Hohlkreuzgrätsche auf der Schrägbank hin
Und drücke mir die Doppelhantel unters Doppelkinn,
Dann geht es durch die Brustmaschine in die Sprossenwand,
Dort spann‘ ich Deltamuskel und das Fußwurzelband.
Ich drück‘ den Schenkelstrecker runter, zieh den Sandsack rauf,
Bau meine Wampe ab und meinen Bizeps auf.
Das stärkt den Nackenwirbel und das kräftigt das Ohr
Und schält dir einen Unterarm wie‘n Ofenrohr!

Meine Brust ist aus Granit, und mein Gesäß ist knackig-keck.
Ich hab ‘ne Faust wie‘n Schraubstock, und der Speck ist weg.
Ich habe Hanteln verbogen und Eisen gestemmt,
Jetzt spreng‘ ich jede Hose, mir platzt jedes Hemd.
Ich habe Muskeln aus Stahlbeton, aber seitdem
Hab‘ ich leider auch ein klitzekleines Problem:
Und zwar, daß ich vor lauter Kraft jetzt nicht mehr laufen kann.
