Da puhlt einer in den Zähnen
Alles schläft und einer spricht
Genau wie einst im Unterricht!
Das Beste kommt zum Ende
Nämlich die Elternspende
Dann der Höhepunkt: "Verschiedenes
Unnöt'ges, Unterbliebenes"
Und einer sagt ganz richtig:
"Wir Eltern sind sehr wichtig!"
Da spart keiner mit Applaus
Und dann ist der Elternabend aus
Nichts ist so erlabend
Wie ein Elternabend
Das schönste am Kinderhaben
Ist abends in die Schule traben
Wenn ich mit Freizeit meine Zeit vergeude
Zehr ich noch lange von der Freude
Und von der Hoffnung die mir keiner nimmt:
