Ressonancia

Ressonância is a Brazilian band with Rafael Moreno on guitar and vocals, Fernando Oliveira on bass, and Gabriel Santos on drums. They released their debut album 'Caminhos Incertos' in 2009, which included the title track that became one of their notable songs. The band's music draws from folk, rock, and MPB traditions.

Their second album 'O Som do Silêncio' came out in 2012, followed by 'Além do Horizonte' in 2015. These records show the group working with themes of introspection and uncertainty, as heard in songs like 'Nada novo' and 'Orgulho' from their catalog. The music doesn't follow strict genre conventions, which led to some early skepticism from critics.

Ressonância kept making music through these years without much concern for fitting into established categories. Their approach stayed consistent, Moreno's vocals and guitar work over Oliveira's bass lines and Santos' drumming create a sound that feels both grounded and exploratory.
