Restare formed in São Paulo in 2014, with Ricardo Shimosaki on vocals and guitar, Guilherme Cruz on bass, and Igor Schalles on drums. They put out a debut EP in 2016, and their song 'Desculpas' came out in 2018. The band released an acoustic album called 'Entre Flores' in 2019, followed by the EP 'Refúgio' in 2021 and another EP, 'Desfecho', in 2023.
Their track 'Desculpas Mais' is one of their better-known songs. At one point, there were some accusations about similarities in 'Desculpas' to another composition, which the band denied. They've kept putting out music over the last few years.
