Bruno Boncini sang and played guitar, Felipe Rodrigues handled bass, João Mattos was on drums, and Leandro Gomes added percussion. They mixed funk, rock, reggae, and Afro-Brazilian rhythms into something that felt like their own.
In 2016, they put out "A Farofa," a song that caught on quickly. It had a rhythm people could move to and lyrics that spoke to everyday Brazilian life. The track became something of a national favorite, played at parties and gatherings across the country.
