Their lyrics often dealt directly with poverty, corruption, and human rights, using explicit language that drew both strong praise and condemnation. The band's live shows were known for being chaotic, sometimes leading to confrontations with the audience and resulting in arrests or venue bans.
After 'Últimas Noticias', they released several more albums including 'Los Niños del Secano' in 1995, 'El Canto del Salitre' in 1997, 'Autogol' in 1999, and 'El Tiempo de las Bestias' in 2002.
