The Robby Hunter Band formed in 1985 with Robby Hunter on vocals, Steve Huff on guitar, Matt Mahaffey on bass, and Scott Blum on drums. They put out their self-titled debut album in 1987, which included the track 'Legalize Drugs.'
Their third album, 'Home,' came out in 1991 and featured the song 'Bust.' That track became their most recognizable work, known for its straightforward melody and lyrics about getting through tough times. Other songs in their catalog include 'Corazon,' 'Fire,' and 'Hard On Me.'
They kept recording through the 1990s with albums like 'The Other Side' in 1994 and 'Pressure' in 1997. In 2011, they released a collection called '20 Years of Bust.'
