His albums include 'Alma Sertaneja' from 2004, 'Caminhos do Sertão' in 2007, and 'O Toque do Vaqueiro' in 2012. He works with a band called Rodrigo Sbardelatti e Banda and has recorded with artists like Almir Sater and Sérgio Reis.

Some critics dismissed his music as too simple, but he kept making the kind of sertanejo he wanted to make. His songs often draw from cowboy life and rural Brazil, with titles like 'Eu Tô Perdido' and 'Canto e Toco Violão' reflecting that straightforward approach.
