Romero Ribeiro and Ana Caetano started making music together in 1998. They work as a duo, with Romero on vocals and guitar and Ana on drums and vocals. Their first album came out in 2003, and the song 'No Dia Em Que Você Olhar Pra Mim' from that record became a hit in Brazil.
They've kept releasing albums fairly regularly since then, including 'O Melhor da Nossa Vida' in 2005 and 'Nosso Amor' in 2017. In 2006, Romero had a vocal cord injury that paused their work for a while. They also dealt with a plagiarism claim around 2010 over a song called 'Só Mais Uma Chance', though that was eventually settled.
