Ronaldo Garcia

Ronaldo Garcia is a three-piece band from Mexico City, with Ronaldo on vocals and guitar, Diego on bass, and Sergio on drums. They took their name from the Mexican wrestler El Santo, whose determined persona seemed to fit. Their sound pulls from rock, electronica, and traditional Mexican rhythms, though it's not exactly a fusion so much as a mix that works for them.

Their song 'Clamor' got some attention in alternative circles, with its haunting quality standing out. Other tracks like 'Meio Pedra, Meio Tijolo' and 'Dá Nele Bola' show their range, from more grounded rock to something a bit looser.
