Rosa formed in 2007 with Carla Morrison on vocals, Edgar Huerta on guitar, and Javier Blake on bass. Their self-titled debut album came out in 2010, featuring the song 'Madre, En La Puerta Hay Un Niño' which became their breakout track. They followed it with albums like 'Una Historia de Amor' in 2012 and 'Amor y Libertad' in 2015.

Morrison's vocal delivery often carries a raw, emotive quality that pairs with the band's straightforward arrangements. Their catalog includes songs like 'Ahora Sabes Cómo Soy' and 'Un Sábado Más' that continue in a similar vein of direct, ballad-driven writing.
