Ryan Peake plays guitar and sings in Nickelback, the Canadian rock band that formed in Hanna, Alberta in 1996. He's been there since the beginning, alongside Chad Kroeger, Mike Kroeger, and later Daniel Adair on drums. They signed with Roadrunner Records in 1999.
Their 2001 album 'Silver Side Up' broke through, featuring the hit 'How You Remind Me.' The band's sound, with Peake's guitar work, carried through records like 'All the Right Reasons' and 'Dark Horse.' You can hear him on songs like 'Use Somebody.'
Peake has also been involved with MusiCounts, a charity that helps with music education for kids.
