All dressed up in mothers clothes

Which seems odd 'cause mother tries

To dress like you, to feel like new

Don't know what's true, 'til you talk about it

Just go blank again, these faces never change

Fashions just conditioned, washed through dyed hair

Five minutes is all it takes, to add five years

Or to take away, fading like the years

As trainers were, built up to shoes

Was all this charted, through hours wasted

Looking for signs, or the turn of a head

"Mum will kill me," or does she care?
