He released over 30 albums between 1978 and 1996, including 'Dobro Dosli' in 1978 and 'Dva Goluba' in 1996. His songs like 'Procvetala ljubicica' and 'Svadbarska pesma' became staples of Serbian folk music, mixing traditional rhythms with more contemporary sounds.
Saulic worked with musicians including Goran Ivanovic on accordion, Zoran Jankovic on guitar, and Aleksandra Milosevic on backing vocals. His performances were known for their intensity, and he maintained a loyal following despite sometimes drawing criticism for his approach to folk traditions.
