Their debut album "Raça Brasileira" came out in 1995, and its lead single "Chá Na Manhã" became a major hit in Brazil. The song's melody and romantic lyrics connected with listeners, establishing the band's presence.
After Márcio Art left to pursue a solo career in the mid-1990s, Alexandre Pires kept the band going. They released albums like "Quando o Amor Existe" in 1997 and "Versão Acústica" in 2000. Other songs like "Fala Pra Mim" and "Sex And Love" also found their way onto Brazilian charts.
In the early 2000s, a video surfaced showing Pires making derogatory remarks about Afro-Brazilian culture at a private party. The backlash temporarily affected the band's reputation. Despite this, Saint Rnb continued performing and recording with Pires on lead vocals, supported by members including Fabrício Almeida on bass and Rogério Viana on keyboards.
