Sam Oliveira came out of Rio de Janeiro and started putting out music in the mid-2000s. His first album was called 'Jeremias 1:5', which is also the name of one of his better-known songs. He writes in the contemporary Christian music space, and tracks like 'Teu Favor' and 'Vazio' have found an audience there.
He was a teenager when he got serious about singing and writing, influenced by the gospel music he heard in church. By 18, he was focused on making it a career. The work that followed, including albums like 'Mais que Vencedores' in 2007 and 'Quero Mais' in 2010, kept him active in that scene for several years.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
