Samba Sim formed in São Paulo with vocalist Luciana Tenório, guitarist Fabio Sá, and percussionist Paulo Regonha. Their 2006 debut album featured the track "Capaz de Perdoar," which gained attention for its straightforward approach to themes of forgiveness.
They followed with albums like "O Som do Samba" in 2008 and "Roda Viva" in 2011. Songs such as "Tudo Que Eu Preciso" and "Saudade de você" continued in a similar vein, drawing from Brazilian rhythms without much fuss.
At some point, they recorded a live album in São Paulo and worked with artists like Gilberto Gil and Caetano Veloso. Their music has appeared on various soundtracks, but they've mostly kept to a steady output rather than chasing trends.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
