Samuca is a Brazilian band that formed in 2015 around vocalist and songwriter Samuel Santos. They started playing small venues and local festivals with a lineup that included Arthur Oliveira on guitar, Mateus Almeida on bass, and Lucas Oliveira on drums.
In 2018, their song 'Desde que você se foi' became a national hit. The band has released albums like 'Versos e Acordes' (2018), 'Ao Vivo em São Paulo' (2019), and 'Horizonte' (2021). Other songs in their catalog include 'Meu sonho', 'Você Venceu', and 'Especialista Em Você'.
There were some plagiarism accusations around their breakthrough single, which the band denied. They've worked with other Brazilian artists including Gusttavo Lima and Marília Mendonça.
