Sawyer Fredericks grew up in Newtown, Connecticut, and started playing piano and guitar early on. In 2015, he auditioned for the eighth season of The Voice with a version of Bob Dylan's "Make You Feel My Love" and got a spot on the show.
He put out his self-titled debut album in 2016. Songs like "Iris" and "4 Pockets" from that record got a lot of attention. He's also known for tracks like "Take It All" and "Man Of Constant Sorrow."
Fredericks has toured and played festivals, and he's shared stages with artists like Bob Dylan, Ed Sheeran, and Hozier. He works with a live band that backs up his vocals.
Keep it compact: a lyric you come back to, a live memory, or the part of the catalog you would point someone toward first.
