Forgive and forget

You ask me to forgive you for your mistakes

I've always thought that they were mine

Your mistakes did were forgotten

But it's impossible to forgive oneself

Now I live barred in my own world

Hearing screams from the shadows

They are traumas covered by the time

But they aren't dead

My mind is an empty place, terrified by old traumas

Abstract remembrance

Figurative Wounds

Forgive me for my mistakes

And don't forget me

Cause I can't forgive me

And I can't forget you

I can't leave this world

Even holding your hand to let you take me out of here

Something pulls me down

The shadows devour me

And I can see your hand fade away into a blue light
